Tawaf of Hajj and Umrah.

Tawaf during Hajj and Umrah remains an ultimate form of supplication to Allah Almighty. As a matter of fact, Tawaf is one of the principal rites of the holy pilgrimages that pilgrims perform arriving through the hajj tour package 2022 for rituals.

What is Tawaf?
Tawaf is a concept of circumambulating (walking in circles) around Holy Kaabah for seven complete rounds. Pilgrims must perform tawaf in anti-clockwise motion i.e., keeping Kaabah on the left-hand side. Since Holy Kaabah is present in Masjid-al-Haram, Tawaf must be performed on its premises and not outside of the mosque. In order to make one’s Tawaf valid, a pilgrim must walk seven complete circuits, with each one starting/ending at the place of Hajar al-Aswad i.e., the ‘Black stone’.
The most surprising fact about Tawaf is that it never stops; pilgrims keep on circling around holy Kaabah throughout the year and 24 hours a day. The only time it stops is when it’s time for the daily obligatory Salah.

Meaning of Ibtida and Raml.
It remains a Sunnah act to perform Idtiba and Raml during Tawaf but for male pilgrims only.

Ibtida.
For Idtiba, male pilgrims uncover their right shoulder in the state of Ihram during Tawaf rituals.
To do so, should pass the top sheet of Ihram i.e., Rida under the right armpit. Therefore, allowing it to hang from one side i.e., the left shoulder. For Ibtida, your right shoulder should remain uncovered for the entire duration of the Tawaf.

Raml.
Raml is an act of walking quickly i.e., lifting the legs forcefully and sticking out the chest while moving the shoulders (as to imitate a warrior). Remember that Raml doesn’t mean running or jogging during Tawaf.
It is a Sunnah act for men to perform Raml for the first three rounds of Tawaf.

Requisites of Tawaf.

Purity.
Tawaf is such an Ibadah that a person can perform in Ihram (for performing Hajj and Umrah rituals) and also voluntarily in one’s ordinary clothes. Yet, at all times, it is necessary for a person performing tawaf to be in a state of absolute purity. Additionally, the clothes worn for tawaf should also be neat and clean.

Premises of Masjid al-Haram.
The Tawaf must be performed within the confines of Masjid al-Haram, not outside of its boundary.
Remember that your Tawaf would be valid if your view of the Holy Kaabah is impeded by pillars or walls, or even if it remains completely out of sight as a result of being on an elevated level.

Covering the Awrah.
For tawaf, one should ensure that its Awrah is covered properly.
For a man, Awrah refers to any part of the body that is between the navel and the knees. On the other hand, for a woman, it generally refers to the entire body with the only exception of the face and hands.
These are some of the important things to know about the tawaf of Hajj and Umrah.

The Scientific World and Muslims

Here is the post on The Scientific World and Muslims offered by our travel agency with the best Hajj and umrah package with flights from the UK. In this day and age, the common perception of Muslims is not favorable. According to contemporary propaganda, the West has already labeled them as extremists who pose a constant threat to the global population's safety. This broad assertion has no foundation because the behaviors and activities of a small group of people should not be interpreted as the religion's whole way of life.

If that is the case, then Christians are the most terrible beings, as they were the ones who caused two World Wars. And slaughtered millions of Jews, bombed two Japanese cities, held Africans as slaves, and so on. However, Christianity has never been labeled as violent; minor percentages of so-called Muslims who try to harm innocent people are simply used to label Islam as an evil faith. Nowadays, the West is so proud of its scientific and technological achievements.

That overlooks the fact that, back in the dark ages of the Middle Ages, it was Muslims who had already built the foundations and framework for all of today's modern breakthroughs. But where did they get their inspiration and drive from? This is a valid issue, as many opponents of Islam believe the Holy Quran has nothing to do with science. In reality, the Holy Quran and Science go hand in hand.

There are various Ayahs (verses) in the Holy Quran that exhort the disciples to study the entire universe. As well as many natural occurrences across the world, in order to better comprehend ALLAH Almighty's creations. AL Quran. Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, as well as the alternation of night and day, and the [huge] ships that sail over the sea, there is that which helps humans.

And what ALLAH has brought down from the skies in the form of rain, bringing life to the earth after it had been lifeless for a long time and scattering every [kind of] moving thing therein. And [His] control over the winds and clouds between the heavens and the earth are signals for individuals who apply logic. ALLAH Almighty encourages His followers to believe based on reason in the above-mentioned Quranic verses, and there are several additional verses (ayat) that instruct us to do so.

When early or prior Muslims focused on their surroundings, environments, and acted sensibly, they were able to channel their brainwaves via the teachings of Islam. That led them to begin innumerable life-changing innovations and discoveries. Many Muslim ideas and discoveries served as stepping stones for current scientific knowledge advancement and creations. Robotics, chess, the earth's round form, irrigation, crankshafts, architectural work, checks, windmills, carpets, gardening, and the mariner's compass pendulum are just a few examples.

Abbas Ibn Furnas, the Islamic world's Da Vinci, was a famous ninth-century innovator. He has a crater on the moon named after him and is honored on Arabic postage stamps. When he was 65, he built a crude hang glider and threw himself off the edge of a mountain in his famous effort at controlled flight. According to other reports, he was flying for several minutes before landing hard and injuring his back.

How Does Umrah Affect a Muslim's Life?

Here is the post on How Does Umrah Affect a Muslim's Life offered by our travel agency with the best Hajj and Group Umrah Packages. The significance of the minor pilgrimage known as Umrah is well understood. Though Umrah is not a necessary ritual, it causes a significant and positive change in one's conduct, way of thinking, understanding, and personality. And it encourages pilgrims to abandon the route they were on, which appears to be smooth but is fact rather strict and leads to hellfire.

We truly understand the fundamental purpose of our existence and why we have been sent to this temporary planet. The primary aim of Allah SWT's magnificent creation is for Him to be praised. The performance of Umrah is one of the many ways Allah Almighty provides for us to fulfill ourselves by worshipping Him. Ibadahs such as Umrah and Hajj are significant. They are perhaps more difficult to perform than the others, yet hardship never stands in the way of Muslims living their faith.

They continue to do whatever they can to acquire the chance to conduct Umrah or Hajj at least once in their life. The most essential thing to remember is that those who are given the chance to attend Umrah or Hajj are those whom Allah has selected (SWT). As a result, everything is subject to Allah's will (SWT). Those that are chosen experience a significant and positive transformation in their life. Umrah has several ramifications in the life of Muslims.

1. The importance of exposure cannot be overstated:

If you are a non-Muslim who has never visited the holy city, you will undoubtedly gain a great deal of knowledge. This is more of a religious experience, as you will learn about the feelings that Muslims have when they go to please Allah and get His blessings (SWT). Exposure is the religious and spiritual upkeep, as well as the blessings that come with it, that a Muslim cannot have until they visit this precious spot. In this sense, it is critical to understand the true significance of religious acts of worship and to have firsthand experience with them.

2. Makes You Learn the Sacrifice Lesson:

The pilgrimage to Makkah, the holy city, is the finest illustration of the sacrifice that a man must make in his everyday life. There are people of different ages and physical conditions there. The spirit of sacrifice compels you to assist them in the event of difficulty. This occurs when you notice others doing the same thing. This allows you to gain a lot of knowledge from these seemingly insignificant but ultimately significant actions. These actions benefit you in the hereafter, where you will receive a complete and just reward for them.

3. You will be united:

You experience a sense of solidarity when you become united with the Muslim community throughout the world. This strengthens the spirit, which is exactly what we want. Unity is something that we really need in the current situation. Muslims must conduct such Ibadahs and learn from them in order for this to happen. The rites are conducted in a certain order and collectively. As a result, the large audience is brought together by the beautiful religion's ideals.

4. You Gain Empathy and Sympathy:

In this Ibadah, sentiments of sympathy and empathy are also fostered. It can also arise when Muslims assemble in one location and witness others suffering from physical ailments. When you have a problem, you become aware of the problems of those around you. When you undertake Umrah and Hajj, you develop this optimistic mindset as well. In order to put this empathizing sensation into practice in everyday life, it must become a permanent part of your attitude. This has the potential to make your life beautiful and full of blessings.

Hajj and Umrah Pillars

Here is an article on Hajj and Umrah Pillars offered by our travel agency with the best and Cheap Hajj packages from London. Hajj and Umrah are Islamic pilgrimages that are seen as spiritually purifying and extremely fulfilling. Both pilgrimages aid in a person's comprehension of Prophet Ibrahim's, his wife Hajar's, and Prophet Muhammad's difficulties. They also improve a believer's relationship with Allah. The significance and pillars of Hajj and Umrah, on the other hand, are slightly different. Before going on any of these trips, individuals must be aware of the distinctions.

Hajj's Pillars

Hajj is Islam's most significant pilgrimage, which every Muslim must do at least once in their life. The sacred Kaaba and one of Islam's five pillars must be visited. After it is completed, all previous wrongdoings are forgiven, and one can enter Jannah (paradise).

Hajj is built on four basic pillars:

  • Ihram is a word that comes from the Arabic language. It entails cleaning oneself and proclaiming one's desire to go on a spiritual journey. At the miqats, Ihram is worn by doing Wudhu, wearing clean garments, expressing niyyah or intention, and saying certain prayers.
  • Sai: Walking between al-Safa and al-Marwa is a tribute to Hagar, Prophet Ibrahim's wife, who went seven times up and down these hills in search of water for her baby son.
  • Waqfat 'Arafah: The ritual of standing on Mount Arafah begins at noon on the ninth day of Dhul-Hijjah and lasts until daybreak on the tenth. During this stage, it is believed that standing in any location is sufficient.
  • Tawaf al-Ifaadah: This stage begins after one has stood on Arafah and continues until one's death. This is the act of going around the Kaaba seven times in an anti-clockwise way.

Umrah's Pillars

Umrah, like Hajj, is a religious pilgrimage to Mecca. Except for Hajj rites, they can be conducted at any time of the month or year. It is also an act of spiritual cleansing and strengthening one's relationship with Allah, performed in the remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim, Hajar, and Prophet Muhammad via numerous ceremonies. In comparison to the Hajj pilgrimage, it may be completed in significantly less time.

Umrah is built on four pillars:

  • Ihram: Muslims must enter a holy state when doing Umrah or Hajj, wearing clean and plain attire. This stage consists of a set of prohibitions that must be followed by every pilgrim for the journey to be successful.
  • Tawaf: Pilgrims must round the Kaaba seven times in this stage. It is seen to be a display of unity among believers in their approach to Allah's worship as they journey in peace around the Kaaba. This is one of the most important ceremonies of the Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages.
  • Sai: The two little hills of Safa and Marwa are located near Mecca, Saudi Arabia's deepest mosque. Seven symbolic circumambulations between the two hills are part of Sai in Umrah. The pilgrims pray to Allah for blessings and kindness. It also shows the difficulty that one confronts in everyday life and the need to seek motivation and strength from Allah to overcome it.
  • Tahallul: After completing the Umrah voyage, travelers must conduct specified acts to end the Hajj and Umrah ceremonial conditions. Women must cut their hair a few inches shorter and males must shave their heads. Muslims are exempt from all of the pilgrimage's restrictions as a result of their actions.

Hajj is a more important religious obligation than Umrah, and every Muslim must do it at least once in his or her lifetime. The rites for Hajj and Umrah are also distinct.

Can a woman go to Mecca alone?

Hajj and Umrah both can only be performed in the holy city of Makkah. To this end, the pilgrims travel from their hometown to the holy land of Makkah. Hajj and Umrah both retain great importance in Islam. Hajj is a religious pilgrimage while Umrah is the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet SAW. Hajj is not performed any time of the year like Umrah. There is a specific time for its accomplishment. Many pilgrims accomplish this holy pilgrimage through cheap Hajj packages in Dhul-Hajj.

Hajj the major pilgrimage is mandatory for every Muslim sister and brother. Who can bear its huge expense? Pilgrims are asking frequently "can a woman go to Mecca alone” in this fascinating post we will clearfy the answer to this question.
Before the proclamation of Islam. The women were treated rudely along with slaves. The women often get distributed among the inheritance. Some people also bury the girls immediately after their birth. But now Islam has honored women in every field of life. They can enjoy all the rights of life as men do.

In Islam, women are not allowed to travel alone. The root of the problem is that women are weak and helpless. They cannot overcome the situation and unpredictable circumstances as bravely as men do. This is why women are prohibited from Travel or ordered to travel with Mahram.

Women also perform holy pilgrimages like men as well. Prior the women were not allowed to perform this holy journey without a Mahram. In Islam, Mahram is a person with whom marriage is not permissible. She also didn’t wear a Niqab or Hijab in front of the Mahram.

Prior the Saudi Hajj ministry also abstained the women to accomplish this holy journey alone. Women were required to perform this holy pilgrimage along with a Mahram. While women over 45 years of age were allowed to perform this holy act alone. These women were allowed to travel without a Maharam.

Now the Saudi Hajj ministry has changed its rules and regulations. These changes are only made for the benefits and interests of the pilgrims. The Saudi Hajj ministry has allowed the women to travel alone for the accomplishment of this holy journey. Now women of all ages can perform this holy act without a Mahram. Women can travel without a Mahram and can accomplish their holy journey.
Still, it is necessary to perform this holy journey along with your group members. It is now clear that you can perform this holy journey without a Mahram. We will give you some pieces of advice that will help you in your journey.

You have to Travel to the holy city of Makkah for your pilgrimage. If you go alone, you will feel bored there. Taking a companion on this holy journey will not only increase the comforts and pleasure of your journey.

This will also not let you feel alone in a foreign land. Instead of going alone for ziarat to the holy sites, you can accompany your companion. The thing that matters the most is that you can’t overcome the unpredictable situation as the men do. The most important thing is a single is not superior to a pair. These are all suggestions from us that you must consider. The central point of this article is that women can travel alone to Mecca.

Three types of Hajj; what to know about?

World’s largest religious gathering can be seen during the time of the annual Hajj pilgrimage in the holy city of Makkah, Saudia Arabia. Nearly four million pilgrims arrive every year in the region for the holy rituals of obligatory pilgrimage through umrah package UK 2022. Though the rites of Hajj officially commence on the 8th of Dhu-al-Hijjah, many pilgrims arrive early and offer the umrah rituals as well. the hajj rituals continue for five days and thus marking the completion of the holy pilgrimage on the 12th of Dhu-al-Hijjah. During this time the pilgrims of Hajj have to perform various necessary rites and supplications at different places.

Since traveling for Hajj requires a person to use its financial as well as physical resources, Allah Almighty has only made it obligatory for those who can easily afford for it.

What are the different types of Hajj?

There are three different types of Hajj namely;
  1. Hajj-al-Ifrad.
  2. Hajj-al-Tamattu.
  3. Hajj-al-Qiran.
The difference in the types of Hajj is on the basis in which the pilgrimage to Makkah can be observed by a pilgrim;
  • The regulations governing its rituals.
  • Where the pilgrim lives?
  • Whether a pilgrim intends to make umrah as well with Hajj pilgrimage.
  • Pilgrim wants to offer an animal sacrifice or not.
Hajj-al-Ifrad.

Pilgrims observing Hajj-al-Ifrad wear Ihram clothes with the intention of performing Hajj only.

When such pilgrims arrive in the holy city of Makkah, they first observe the tawaf of the arrival as well as Sayee for Hajj. Pilgrims undertaking Hajj-al-Ifrad don't opt for shaving/clipping their hair as they don't disengage from the ihram. Rather, they remain in the state of Ihram till the stoning ritual of Jamarat-al-Aqabah on Eid day. It also remains permissible for pilgrims performing Hajj-al-Ifrad to postpone their Sayee for Hajj until after Tawaf for Hajj. Yet, a lot of people also prefer performing it earlier for personal convenience.
